Online Reservation Procedure

1. Online booking fee of 1,000 yen per person is required.
   
2. The remaining balance of 7,200 yen per person (tax included) will be paid in cash on-site after the activity.

SCHEDULE

• Summer 18:00 / Winter 16:45 - Meet at the meeting point (detailed information will be provided after successful booking)
  
• Start the SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) activity
• Summer 19:30 / Winter 18:15 - End of the activity, approximately 2 hours+
  
  *Full refund in case of cancellation due to wind and waves.

Q: Can children participate in this activity?
A: Yes, they can. Children under 12 years old can receive a discount of 1,000 JPY on the final payment, and those under 6 years old can receive a discount of 2,000 JPY on the final payment.

NOTICE

• This experience provides Japanese and simple English guide services. Participants who have medical conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, or pregnancy that are not suitable for this activity should not sign up. Equipment for canoeing, commemorative photos, and a guide will be provided. It is recommended to wear swimsuits, quick-drying clothes, and bring towels. Please pay the balance in cash to the local shop on the day of the activity. If you wish to cancel after booking, please inform us seven days before the departure date, otherwise the full travel fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy. If it is canceled due to weather conditions (determined by the shop based on weather factors), all fees will be refunded, but no refund will be given if the experience is interrupted for personal reasons. The number of recorded images is not guaranteed.
