Different activities have instructors who speak different languages. Chinese and Cantonese instructors are mainly available for diving, while English and Japanese instructors are mainly available for snorkeling and other activities.

Can I cancel the activity if the weather is bad?

If the activity you booked cannot be held due to weather conditions, go2ishigaki will notify you the night before or on the morning of the activity and arrange for a rescheduled date or a refund.
Please trust the judgement of the local captain and instructor and prioritize safety. When there are safety concerns due to weather conditions, the captain and instructor will cancel the activity proactively. Your understanding is appreciated.
For example, in the case of scuba diving, the weather on the way to the location and in the sea could be completely different. It is possible to experience heavy rain on the way, but calm and clear water when diving; or it may be sunny on land but the activity is cancelled due to rough seas. The route of the waterfall excursion may also change due to heavy rain the day before.
Therefore, please understand the variables of nature activities, and we and the local shops will arrange the activities based on safety guidelines.
