Online Reservation Process

• Online reservation deposit: ¥2,500 per person

• Remaining balance to be paid in cash after the tour:

  • Adults: ¥15,000 (tax included) per person

  • Elementary school children: ¥13,500 (tax included) per person

  • Children below elementary school age: ¥5,000 (tax included) per person

Transportation

This tour does not provide hotel pickup service.
Guests are required to rent a car and travel to the meeting point independently.
Detailed map code and Google Maps location will be provided after booking confirmation.

• Japanese-speaking guide available (simple English support included)

• Participants aged 4–60 are welcome

• Guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other medical conditions unsuitable for marine activities should not participate

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• Your booking is confirmed only after payment of the reservation deposit and guarantee fee

• The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the local operator on the day of the activity

• The guarantee fee will not be charged if you attend the tour as scheduled

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the tour date

• Otherwise, the guarantee fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy

Weather Policy

• If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions (determined by the operator), all fees will be fully refunded

• No refunds will be provided if the participant voluntarily leaves or stops the activity for personal reasons
