• Total duration per session is approximately 1 hour, with each experience lasting about 10 minutes.

Important Notes

• Please make your own way to the reporting point near [Ishigaki Municipal Yashima Elementary School]. Detailed location will be provided after reservation.
• Please arrive at the reporting point 15 minutes early.
• Full refund will be given for cancellations due to wind and waves. Rain will not affect the activity, and it will proceed as scheduled.

Online Reservation Instructions

• Pay the online reservation fee of 1,200 yen/person (4 years and older); security deposit of 5,000 yen/person.
• For participation, pay the balance locally: Please pay 9,000 yen (tax included)/person in cash after the activity.
• The security deposit is for authorization only, and will not be charged for normal attendance. Only the deposit will appear on the credit card statement.

• Q: What is the age limit for participation?
  • A: Participants must be between 4 and 65 years old.
  • ※Depending on the sea conditions or wind conditions on the day, we may refuse participation to young children or the elderly for safety reasons.
• Q: Can children participate?
  • A: Children over one year old can participate in warm weather! We will prepare snorkeling equipment suitable for children.
• Q: How long does it take?
  • A: The overall time required is approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Each experience lasts approximately 10 minutes per group.
  • ※The time may vary depending on the sea conditions, wind conditions, number of participants, etc. on the day. Please allow plenty of time to participate.
• Q: Will I get wet?
  • A: Since you take off from and return to the deck of the boat, this is basically a dry activity. However, since the parasailing boat does not have a roof, you may get splashed by water due to sudden rain or sea conditions. Also, for safety reasons, you may be landed on the water, so please wear clothes that can get wet.
• Q: How many people can ride at most?
  • A: Basically, it is a two-person ride, but depending on the wind force, sea conditions, and total weight of the customers on the day, the captain may decide whether to allow a three- to four-person experience. We will do our best to meet your needs, but depending on the situation on the day, we may ask you to share a ride with other customers, or we may decide the combination.

• This experience provides Japanese guidance service.
• People with medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy are not suitable for this experience, please do not apply.
• It is recommended to wear a swimsuit underneath and bring a towel, pay attention to sun protection, and refrain from drinking alcohol.
• Please pay the remaining balance in cash to the local store on the day of the activity.
• If you wish to cancel after making a reservation, you must notify us 7 days before departure, otherwise you will be charged the full travel fee according to the cancellation policy.
• If the activity is cancelled due to weather conditions (determined by the store based on weather conditions), all fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations due to personal reasons.
