If canceled due to waves/sea conditions, a full refund will be issued. Rain does not affect snorkeling; the tour will proceed as scheduled.
Snorkeling points may change due to sea conditions.

Online Booking Instructions

1. Pay the deposit 2,500 yen per person online.

2. After participating in the tour, pay the remaining 14,500 yen (tax included) in cash on-site.

3. For cancellations due to personal reasons or no-show, additional charges will apply.

FAQ

Q: Can I join if I can’t swim?
A: Absolutely! Please note it in your booking form if you are not a confident swimmer—our instructors will take extra care of you.

Other Information

• Guides available in Japanese and English.

• Not suitable for participants with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other health concerns.

• Please wear your swimsuit beforehand and bring a towel.

• Remaining balance must be paid in cash to the shop on the day.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the activity date; otherwise, full tour charges will apply.

• If canceled due to weather (as judged by the operator), all fees will be refunded. For personal cancellations during the tour, no refund will be issued.

• Number of photos/videos is not guaranteed.
