• Full refund will be provided if the activity is canceled due to rough sea conditions. Rain will not affect snorkeling and the activity will proceed as scheduled.

Online Reservation Instructions:

• Pay an online deposit of ¥1,200 per person and a security deposit of ¥5,000 per person.
• On the day of the activity, pay the remaining ¥7,000 (tax included) per person in cash at the local site. The security deposit will only be charged in case of no-show.
• Full refund will be provided if the activity is canceled due to rough sea conditions. Rain will not affect snorkeling and the activity will proceed as scheduled.

• Q: Can I snorkel if I can't swim?
  • A: Absolutely! Ishigaki Island is surrounded by coral reefs and has very gentle currents and waves, making it perfect for beginners. Our guides will provide careful assistance and complete snorkeling equipment. Please indicate if you are not a strong swimmer in the participant information section, and we will arrange for a coach to provide extra care.
• Q: Can children participate?
  • A: Yes! Children aged one and above can participate in warm weather. We will provide appropriate snorkeling equipment for children.

Other Information:

• This experience offers guidance in Japanese and English.
• Participants: Children aged one and above are welcome. Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other health conditions that may be affected by the activity should not participate.
• Included: Snorkeling equipment, wetsuit,  commemorative photos/videos, and guide service.
• Recommended: Wear swimwear underneath and bring a towel.
• Please pay the remaining balance in cash to the local operator on the day of the activity.
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the activity date, or the full tour fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
• If the activity is canceled due to weather conditions (as determined by the operator), a full refund will be provided. No refunds will be given for cancellations due to personal reasons.
• The number of photos and videos are not guaranteed.
• The tour fee includes: Hotel pick-up from city area (return to bus terminal for self-transportation by bus). Pick-up service from city area is included. The operator will pick up from the location provided on the reservation form. Pick-up time may be adjusted based on the day's schedule. Please pay attention to the pre-trip email notification.
